By accessing or using PromptRail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Beta Services

PLEASE NOTE: The Service is currently in "Beta". This means it is still under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or other issues. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. Description of Service

PromptRail is an AI wrapper platform (iPaaS) that allows users to manage prompts, connect to Large Language Model (LLM) providers, and execute AI workflows via a unified API.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security.

5. API Usage and Limits

You agree not to abuse the API or attempt to circumvent any rate limits or usage restrictions. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect abnormal usage patterns that threaten the stability of our platform.

6. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Responsibility

PromptRail operates on a "Bring Your Own Key" model. You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own API keys from third-party providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic). You are solely responsible for any charges incurred from these providers resulting from your use of PromptRail. We do not pay for your token usage.

7. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the prompts, data, and content you submit to the Service.
Our Platform: PromptRail and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

8. Third-Party Providers

Our Service integrates with third-party LLM providers. By using our Service, you acknowledge that your data (prompts) will be sent to these providers for processing. You agree to comply with the terms of service of any third-party providers you connect to via PromptRail.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROMPTRAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (B) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR (C) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE, OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes.
